- We watch the inbound flight and adjust pickup automatically — no extra charge for the standard wait window. If the delay is unusually long, the driver will be in touch to plan a sensible meet-up time.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Card or cash on the day, or bank transfer in advance — whichever suits. King's Travel Sheffield will confirm the payment method when the booking is locked in.
- Can I book in advance?
- Advance bookings are how we prefer to work. The price is fixed at the quote, the driver is committed at confirmation, and your slot is on the calendar from that moment. We take last-minute trips too where the diary allows.
- What areas do you cover for pickup?
- We pick up from Sheffield as standard, plus the immediate surrounding areas for airport journeys. Anywhere further afield can usually be quoted on request — just call to check.
- Are your drivers vetted?
